My dad was in the hospital for COVID, and he is 81 years old with macular disease at 85% along with dementia. Tori Olomon was so caring and warm with my dad. When approaching my dad, Tori was so observant of his blindness. She explained things in more detail to him as he didn't know where he was, not in his normal surroundings. She even had my dad laughing and so very comfortable. When Tori took my dad to the bathroom, he would get scared - she would help him as if she were his granddaughter. I witnessed the special care Tori had for my dad. Tori treated my dad as if she was a granddaughter, and my dad was so comfortable and relaxed when Tori was there.
