Michel is an exemplary, outstanding, life-saving nurse who embodies courage, compassion, and clinical expertise.
Our lives seemed to take a desperate turn. My husband was rushed by ambulance to Memorial Hospital West Moffitt Center. We were not certain what was happening to him and extremely scared since this was a life-or-death situation. Ultimately, he was diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Michel is an exemplary, outstanding, life-saving nurse who embodies courage, compassion, and clinical expertise.
In the many moments of crisis, Michel responded with unwavering focus and skills when every second counted. He comforted us with a steady voice, reassured us, and made us feel safe. He stayed by our sides when we felt most vulnerable, reminding us that we were not alone. Michel's dedication goes beyond the call of duty. He gives more than is required as he worked tirelessly changing IVs, infusions, transfusions and administered platelets and chemotherapy medications to save my husband's life. He truly left a mark on our hearts.
Michel's compassion and outstanding nursing skills weren't just ordinary. They were extraordinary. His kindness, compassion, courage, care, and dedication are unwavering. His care was not just clinical; it was personal, and he made a difference in my husband's journey to healing. In Michel's every action, big or small, he fought for my husband when he could not fight for himself, and that is how he saved his life. Thank you with all our heart to the extraordinary nurses of Moffitt at Memorial Hospital West; they have restored my faith in the medical profession.
