She provided such great care for my mother over the course of three days and even took the time to do little things like braid her hair.
My mother was in a terrible car accident that left her with a severe traumatic brain injury. The first 24 hours were touch and go as she had a lot of other issues and injuries at hand. I rushed to be by her bedside, and I was met with Hannah's bright smile. She was the first person I encountered during my mother's stay in the ICU. To this day, I can remember her warm nature when she hugged me in the doorway and told me to come in. I had never been in an ICU setting before, so as you can imagine, I was in a state of shock. She took my hand and walked me over to the bedside, and told me that my mom was stable but very sick and injured. She took her time in the room and answered every question I had. She provided such great care for my mother over the course of three days and even took the time to do little things like braid her hair. She was an angel in those initial stages, and I will never forget the impact she had on my family. Thank you, Hannah.
