Susan was very helpful throughout the entire experience. She is very passionate about her work, and we appreciate it.
Susan was nominated for the DAISY Award by several patients for whom she cared in the Women’s Center.
One of the patients who nominated Susan explained that Susan joined her care team when she was starting to push. She stated that Susan was “extremely encouraging while keeping me calm and focused. With her guidance and encouragement, I was able to deliver my son without medical interference. After my son was born, Susan stayed with me and my husband to ensure we were okay. She stayed with us well after everyone else had left.”
The patient stated that she is “extremely thankful” to Susan and that she had a “huge impact in ensuring a successful birth.”
