I was walking out of the Lab, when I spotted two elderly people looking like they were struggling to walk. I asked them if I could grab a wheelchair, but Dustin had already beat me to it. I asked Dustin if he needed help, and he was worried about the husband walking and asked if I could get him a wheelchair as well. We assisted them up to High Plains Surgery Center, where Dustin confirmed for them that they had an appointment. He then asked them if they remembered how to get back to their car. The older gentleman was pretty confused, so Dustin offered to go get their car, take it to valet, and bring back up their ticket so they would not have to go searching for it after their appointment. He also checked with the front desk to make sure they would have someone to take them down to the valet area. Dustin went above and beyond for these patients. He made them feel comfortable and made sure they would be taken care of. Thank you, Dustin!
