My husband came to the ER last night with a BP of 196/95 and a resting heart rate of 140. We learned that he had experienced a heart attack. We were only in town for a wedding and were not sure what was going to happen, how long he would be here, what tests would be needed, and what the results were from the tests he had already completed. Eileen knew we were anxiously awaiting information about a CT scan, and she carefully explained those results to us, making sure we followed along on her screen and had a chance to ask any questions we had for her. She even brought us a printed copy of the results. Eileen really made a difficult situation as comfortable and pleasant as she could make it.

We are grateful for Eileen's kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to comfort us in a difficult situation.
