Fatemeh was my father's nurse for 3 of the days he was hospitalized. She exuded compassion, cheerfulness, care, love, and joy. She advocated for and educated us in areas that my father and family members were confused or unaware of. She went above and beyond to check on my father by listening to him and keeping him company with the time she had available with him. She stayed very communicative. She also was very encouraging. She made my father feel like he had someone he could lean on. She is exceptional. She really connects with the individual. She's also very detail-oriented. Thanks to her for helping my dad have a better experience and showing him the kindness humanity has to offer.
