Jade has gone out of her way to support my son with his anxiety. She has been very creative in working with him when he was completely uncommunicative by using video calls and signaling, even with his feet when he didn’t want to be on camera. She has used humour and is very encouraging. She has worked with him on small goals, which have led to amazing changes in what he can manage on a day-to-day basis. She’s spotted a possible autism diagnosis when no other professional has seen past his masking. She’s amazing and supportive of both my son and I. I would have been in complete despair without her!!
