I was so impressed with my RN for several reasons. Her compassion, her caring, and her trustworthiness for my situation went above and beyond the call of duty. We clicked from day one and I felt special around her. I was alone in the hospital, so I had no one to consult with. Anytime I had a question about medication or a test I had to take, my RN was there answering each one to the fullest extent. I asked her a lot of questions during my stay. She stood with me and answered all of them very clearly and concisely. In a way, I could understand. She is so knowledgeable. I wish I had her knowledge. I knew I could trust her with what she was telling me because, after my MRI, she was spot on with an explanation of the procedure. She had a very quick response time. When I had a question for my doctor, Betsy was right there to send the message off. She also works well with the team and goes nonstop, making sure patients are getting proper care. She stands out above the rest with her commitment, her knowledge, and for caring for her patients.
