I recently went through a life changing surgery, and I didn't know what the road ahead held, but I knew it was going to be a long tough road. The days ahead held a lot of rehabs. Struggling with the hours of learning a new way of life. Then there came my mighty nurse. At the end of the day I would be so exhausted and sad because I missed my family, and I was alone. Teresa came in at important times, and she was so kind, attentive, and always found a way to make me smile. She felt like family (as everyone did). She always found time to check on me. Thanks to her smile and hugs it made it easier to get through the month that I was in the program.
