Neelam is an excellent nurse. She is poised, professional, compassionate, kind and eager to help her patients. Being in the ICU for 8 days, I was in a room without a window. Neelam arranged to take me on a walk down to the Healing Garden. The mental breath of fresh air was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Again, do not let her reserved nature fool you, I found her to be the embodiment of Nursing Excellence.
