Shawn Nordeim is determined to put 100% effort into everything related to the Nursing Program. She is in the process of becoming the head of the admissions committee as well and has worked to learn and understand the arduous process to the best of her ability. She is wonderful to work with and shows how much she cares for every student through her words and actions.

Professor Nordheim was my med surg and clinical reasoning professor, but she is so much more to me. She helped me advance my critical thinking skills in the classroom while taking an interest in getting to know me as a person. Every time I see her in the halls, she never fails to tell me how proud of me she is. She is just a ray of light. I am so thankful that she had the opportunity to teach me. A true NKU gem!
