Dianne Phang is a very prestigious nurse! The level of compassion and empathy exhibited by her amongst her patients and peers is inconceivable. Because of her caring and understanding nature, she is always the go-to person for young nurses. She embraces and humbly walks them through the job-related difficulties that they may be facing. As for the patients for whom she cares, she personifies them, taking extra special care as if they were her own relatives. That's a true quality of a great nurse! Being a night shift employee, she goes over and beyond to make sure that no matter how much the patients have to eat during the day, as long as they say they are hungry at night, she will find them something to eat. More often than not, she is always donating to replenish the clothes closet operated by 5 South Tower to provide garments so that the less fortunate or anyone who is discharged and has no clothing can be catered to. It's a pleasure to see Dianne in action, giving patients baths and not to mention skin care! Dianne enjoys interacting with her patients, sharing life's experiences, and getting to know more about them other than their medical issues that cause them to be hospitalized.
