I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for everything you have done and continue to do for this unit. You have truly gone above and beyond for both our patients and their families, treating them all as if they were part of your own. During challenging times, you've made everyone feel cared for and included in the healing process. Your compassion and commitment shine through in everything you do, and you carry a heart of gold that touches everyone you come into contact with.  Your dedication doesn't stop with patients. You've also ensured that the staff around you have the support they need, making sure everyone is okay and has the help they require. Your warm, welcoming presence creates an atmosphere where people feel comfortable approaching you, whether to ask for help or simply to talk.  I specifically want to recognize a recent shift where you demonstrated your vast knowledge and experience. 

When a patient needed to be upgraded to the ICU, you took charge and cared for them until they were able to be moved, using your expertise to ensure they were in the best hands possible. On top of that, you were the charge nurse that day, expertly juggling many responsibilities and making sure the entire unit and staff were well supported during an incredibly hectic time. Your ability to keep things running smoothly is truly unmatched.  Thank you for your tireless dedication to patient safety and well-being. You made sure the patient was well taken care of until they could be transferred to the ICU, while also ensuring that the 21 other patients and the entire team were safe and supported. You stepped in when no one else could and made sure that everything was taken care of.  We are incredibly lucky to have you as part of this team. Thank you again for everything you do.
