During our recent visit, Tanya went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable as possible, even under less-than-ideal circumstances. My husband, who was not pleased about needing to be there, was met with patience and understanding from Tanya. Tanya's consistent follow-ups and unprompted check-ins made us feel valued and well-cared for, demonstrating her commitment to providing exceptional patient care. 

Tanya also went out of her way to make our three-year-old feel comfortable. Noticing that our child was becoming restless, she thoughtfully offered him a popsicle, a small gesture that made a big difference. Her attentiveness to both patient and family needs was truly heartwarming. Beyond her immediate care, Tanya shared her expertise by explaining what we should look out for once we were home. This information was invaluable and gave us peace of mind as we left the hospital, knowing we were well-prepared for the next steps in our recovery. Tanya exemplifies the qualities of a DAISY Nurse: compassion, dedication, and genuine care for her patients and their families. Her kindness and professionalism left a lasting positive impression on our family, and I am grateful for the care she provided.
