Jocelyn is just a dear, caring person and Webster is lucky to have her on staff.
I am unable to express my gratitude for the staff at Webster. Everyone was so very kind and professional, but Jocelyn was so kind, patient, caring for me during the time I was at Webster before heading to Watertown for surgery. Jocelyn helped calm my worries and helped me remember that I would be getting relief soon. Her energy level was perfect. When she had to go help another patient, she would make me aware that she was leaving for a short while, and would be back, asking if I needed anything before she left. Jocelyn is just a dear, caring person and Webster is lucky to have her on staff.

I had an unfortunate situation of experiencing a seizure over the summer. I was at a local steakhouse celebrating my mother’s birthday with extended family. As I was choosing my entrée, I remember EMT staff approaching me and starting to ask me questions, and I was very confused. My family informed me I had fallen backward and experienced the seizure hitting my head against the floor. This is hard for me to comprehend as I am in the medical field myself and do not have a history of this. I was transported to Webster’s emergency department where I received phenomenal care from a nurse named Jocelyn. She was an absolute sweetheart, just kind, compassionate, and caring as ever.
Being on the other end of things sure is different. It’s quite terrifying! However, this bright, bubbly nurse made me feel seen and explained everything that was going on, what lab draws were being done, and the explanation of the CT scan. With the care that I received, I would have figured she had been a nurse for years; however, this is her first year as a registered nurse, and she is wise beyond her years. Sanford Webster is blessed to have her. She is going to go far in her nursing journey and career!
