When I arrived at the Parker ICU, I needed to have some earrings removed for a medical procedure. I explained to the nurse that they had not been out in over 7 years, as the backs were stuck on the earrings. No one in 7 years had even cared, let alone tried to help me remove them, including doctors, nurses, and personal friends and family. Brock looked at me in shock when he heard how long they had been stuck in my ears and said we're going to get this taken care of.

As much as I really hoped he would be successful, I never dreamed that he would actually be able to physically get it done. However, after two days of working on my earrings he was finally able to get them removed. It was the biggest blessing and allowed me to release so much stress and anxiety over how I was going to get these things out for medical procedures. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond his job to help me with that!

Brock went above and beyond to advocate for me on multiple issues that were not being handled in the ICU, so I will forever remember and appreciate his service and dedication. I thank him, and I thank the entire Parker ICU team!
