Jennifer joined The DAISY Foundation in May 2024 as the Program Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. She resides in Houston, TX, where she earned a Liberal Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas with a dual concentration in Marketing and Political Science, focusing on Public Policy and Administration.
With over a decade of experience across nonprofit and higher education sectors, she has managed programs in higher education, led volunteer engagement efforts, and contributed to public relations, donor engagement, and strategic initiatives. Guided by the principles of servant leadership, humility, integrity, empathy, and service, she is committed to fostering collaboration, supporting others, and developing solutions that create meaningful impact.
A lifelong learner, Jennifer is passionate about helping organizations grow and succeed. Having grown up with a mother who dedicated her career to nursing, she has a deep appreciation for the impact of compassionate care, which makes her especially honored to be part of The DAISY Foundation and its mission to recognize nurses.
