Sherri started with KP-RWC in May 2024 as our newest Magnet Program Director and has already impacted our PCS nursing teams in so many ways. Sherri's kindness, professionalism, and zest for our journey towards nursing excellence and the work for Magnet preparations do not fall short of amazing. Sherri immediately jumped in to learn all she could about a new organization and the nuances of Patient Care Services that would allow her knowledge in the area of her responsibility. Sherri is self-accountable, takes full initiative, is respectful, and has the "grit" to manage tough questions and situations regarding our Magnet nursing work. She is such a team player among our director team and will also engage in learning other work to help support the nursing community and our overall strategic work. I am so proud and honored to have Sherri as our RWC Magnet Program Director for her insightful perspective, expertise, and hard work to help us move our nursing culture forward, and closer to Magnet designation.
