One exceptional nurse truly made my surgical experience with her wonderful. Diana Ovelar, my evening nurse, was kind, considerate, and highly skilled. Her welcoming nature was so therapeutic. She never seemed hurried or bothered, even though I'm sure she was busy. One person can truly make a difference. For me, that one person was Diana.
