Cody Nagy took the time to speak with us at length and in detail about how we could keep our loved one comfortable as they transitioned. He was very patient in answering all our questions about suction processes for the trach, how Ativan impacts the patient, what the involuntary movements look like in the late stages, etc. I could go on and on because Cody was so generous with his time and helped put our minds at ease. We were anxious, scared, and learning how to navigate this process from moment to moment. Cody's insight, kindness, and professionalism helped us not only in that he had answers to our questions and some foundation/ routines to build on but also a go-to person who we knew cared about his patients and was passionate about his work. A 10 out of 10 is not enough for Cody. You should clone him.
