Chelsey is not only an amazing nurse, but she is an amazing coworker. Chelsey is constantly a bright light in our unit. She helps by not only doing her job and managing her responsibilities but also going out of her way to help me out (a tech) whenever she can without being asked. I know if I have Chesley as my nurse, I'm going to have a great day. She is selfless and so caring with our patients, and I have had multiple occurrences where she enters a patient room and does patient care for me just to help me out. She comes into work rain or shine with a smile on her face, even if she is sick or not feeling well.

I can see Chesley's impact on all our patients. Our patients feel seen and heard and truly feel that she cares for them. As a tech, this makes me excited to one day go to nursing school and hopefully become a nurse like her. She makes the hard days so much better, and the good days become great days.
