This Nurse is an amazing RN! She always goes above and beyond not just for the patients she is assigned, but also for everyone else on the unit! She will stay late and help the next shift pass medications or help with AMETs. Most recently she stayed late to help get a patient situated who transferred from another unit right at shift change.

This patient came to our unit in not great condition. Her bed was soiled, and you could tell she had not gotten a bath in a long time. The nominee was furious and embarrassed at the care this patient had received or the lack of care she had received. She stayed late to give the patient two baths, change her linens, and make sure she was comfortable. 

Nominee is an amazing nurse who has so much heart and loves what she does! She is a newer nurse, and I cannot wait to see all the things she accomplishes in her future!
