I have been interpreting for 30 years; never have I experienced such a kind and efficient person providing care to a patient. I mean that from an interpreter’s perspective.

Although extremely busy and given some misinformation about the ability to schedule interpreters, she pivoted as needed with each piece of new information she got. And she did it all without giving a sense of hardness or being put out. I was shocked at her efficiency for follow-up as well. I was seriously impressed, and her professionalism is something I will try to incorporate into both my professional and personal life. Thank You, Joy, for making it so easy to do my job!
