On a day shift, I walked into a crazy day – our charge had a full patient load as well as every other nurse on our floor. After we hit the floor running, it was time for the night crew to go home, and Chris was still working the floor, answering call lights, passing meds, and feeding patients breakfast. He ended up staying until around 10:30 this morning (15-hour shift) to help us get our day started. He is the definition of a role model by showing compassion, being accountable, and providing great clinical care. Chris is a great team member for NTS
