Veronica was so kind, caring, and compassionate during my mom's stay in the CCU. She gave us a couple of hours to say our goodbyes and helped my family through the initial grieving process. We appreciate the time she spent with our mom and the time she spent explaining her conditions. She is an outstanding ICU nurse.
