Robbie Mullins is our night shift CNC. She is a great role model to her team, a strong patient advocate, and she demonstrates extraordinary leadership.

Robbie is a resource for others, lifts others with patient workload, works well with ancillary departments, and collaborates strongly with our physicians. 

Robbie ensures that her team is delivering high-quality healthcare each time she steps into the department. One patient reported they felt "safe" and she's "knowledgeable in their time of need".

Staff respect her leadership style. She makes sure she hands off the department exactly the way she would expect to receive the department. 

She has navigated difficult/critical patients with ease.

Her peers enjoy coming into work knowing she was there the night before.
