Kiley has earned several nominations over the last year. Her nominators have all noticed and appreciated her compassion, genuine caring spirit, willingness to go above and beyond, and her heart for people. Working on an ortho-neuro floor comes with specific challenges, but Kiley smiles through every one of them.

In her latest nomination, the family recognized that she would check on their loved one, even if he was not her patient that evening. She stayed close to him through his journey in our care. She even acted as a shoulder to cry on and an unofficial therapist for the family who couldn't always be present. The family stated, "Kiley became a nurse for all the right reasons."
