From start to finish, I cannot express my gratitude for the entire staff at BSW. Post op and birth of my first baby -I cannot thank the stars enough that it aligned with Ana Sides' schedule. I had her for three full day shifts and it made this transition and care a joy. Ana was energetic, kind, and patient every day. She never made me feel silly or exacerbated by our questions and requests. She was my baby’s biggest cheerleader for breastfeeding and diaper changes. She was an expert teacher; without her, I would not have mastered the football hold or have learned how to pump. She was incredibly organized and never forgot a detail or asked, despite my imagining her being so busy. I say I imagine because, in all honesty, she made me feel like her only patient. Her care went above and beyond anything I could have expected. She made me feel like her sister, and my son like her nephew, with her care and attention to us! Thank you, Ana!!
