She doesn’t just get the job done, she did it with kindness, care, compassion, and love. Her attitude towards her patients, especially me, made my day a lot better.
Olivia was my nurse, and I can say that she is very gentle, compassionate, and kind. She always made sure that I was taken care of. She was on time in giving me my medications, explaining them to me, and patiently waiting for me to take all of them without complaint and with a smile on her face.
She engaged in a good conversation while waiting for me to take all of my medicines since I have issues with my liquid intake. She never waited for the tech to come as long as I needed her, she arrived right away. No complaint again and a smile on her face.
I appreciate it when she does things that the techs usually do, she changed the bedding right away, helped me clean up and even didn’t wait for her tech to arrive since I wanted to be transferred to bed after long hours of therapy. She helped me transfer and clean me up because I said I was so uncomfortable in my wet diaper. She was very cautious about my allergies to the purple wipes. She is very detail-oriented about what she does and very approachable.
I drink a lot of thickened water with lemon, so I always asked for it, and she never once complained or frowned. She would always smile and do it. She is a gentle human being with a big heart, so kind, and attentive to the needs of her patients.

All the nurses were very good; they are all great at their jobs, but Olivia exceeded my expectations. She surely made me see the difference between doing their job versus doing their job with their heart.

Olivia is always a team player and does not hesitate to help the team out. I would like to send a special shout-out for helping your mod buddy do their education session when they had an admission at the same time. When asked for assistance with the education, Olivia didn’t even hesitate to help. Olivia is truly a great nurse and always someone you can count on. Olivia always comes to work with a smile and a great attitude. We (the 23rd floor) are lucky to have her!
