I thank the administration for the presence of this nurse and for her being part of the hospital’s staff. She provides complete and comprehensive care for my mother throughout the exhausting 12-hour shift. She goes out of her way to help my tired mother in communicating with her because she suffers from difficulty hearing. Despite this, this nurse was the best example of containing her.
