I have had Tamara as a clinical student for 6 weeks now. Every clinical she makes, if not one, but all of her reference nurse patients feel like they are the only patient that Tamara is taking care of. She's kind, patient, and speaks with comfort and calmness. She is very respectful to all of the hospital employees, as well as her peers and her superiors.

She is always willing to help a patient, even if it is not her reference nurse's patient. I observed her one day with a patient who was very confused and pretty agitated. There was an apprentice nurse who was taking care of her, and she was not cooperative at all with him. Tamara came in, offered to help, and we saw a complete change in the patient's disposition just by seeing Tamara's face. This is one of many situations where I have seen Tamara work her magic. It has been a privilege to have her in my clinical group.
