I would like to thank the polite and smiling nurse, Lavanya. You can imagine since 2018 till today, we are coming to Aster Sanad Hospital weekly to take IV fluid and every time we came, found the super hero Lavanya easily find the vein and fix cannula, if we came and find she was on vacation we felt worried as we know how much we are suffering for inserting cannula. We felt assured if we saw her. We have tried many times before to change hospitals and to follow up at another hospital, as Aster Sanad hospital is very far from us, but unfortunately, every time we tried, we faced the same issue, so we came back to Sanad hospital to find an Extraordinary Nurse in the clinic. We never face any deficiency from her. She loves kids and has good communication skills, and she is compassionate and excellent at work.
