I visited the clinic (NMC Maysaloon) twice—once with a high fever and later with a head injury. On both occasions, I was cared for by an Extraordinary Nurse whose professionalism and calm demeanor immediately stood out.

With a steady and reassuring presence, he quickly evaluated my symptoms, showcasing true professional excellence. Despite how busy the clinic was, he treated me with genuine respect, making me feel like I was his only patient. Despite my anxiety, he took the time to assess my symptoms thoroughly, explaining each step with clarity and patience. His respectful approach made me feel seen and valued, not just as a patient, but as a person.

During my second visit, while treating my head injury, he displayed incredible attention to detail. The way he gently dressed the wound showed not just skill, but compassion. His communication was clear, and he answered every question with patience, never rushing, always ensuring I felt informed and reassured.

What truly touched me was his sensitivity to my discomfort and his effort to make me feel at ease throughout the process. He embraced diversity with grace, treating me with dignity and without judgment. His integrity and dedication to excellence were evident in every action.

In a time of pain and uncertainty, he became a source of comfort and confidence. For embodying the highest standards of nursing, I proudly nominate him for the DAISY Award—he truly is an Extraordinary Nurse. He is a remarkable nurse who went above and beyond, and I am deeply grateful.
