My daughter was in a life-threatening situation. During this crisis, Wyatt was assigned as her caretaker. Wyatt was professional and caring. His knowledge and people skills in this situation were outstanding. His compassion built trust with my daughter and me, helping us through the crisis. His ability to communicate within the privacy laws he must follow was incredible. He was honest and explained the situation with professionalism and care, which allowed him to build trust quickly with my daughter and me. He went above and beyond in this situation. When she was moved to another part of the hospital, he followed up to ensure she was being taken care of and recovering. She expressed how deeply she appreciated that he cared enough to check on her progress. On what had to be one of the darkest nights I've experienced, his presence made a difference. His connection with my daughter was impressive. His knowledge, calm demeanor, professionalism, and compassion were amazing. Billings Clinic is extremely lucky to have such an impressive professional on their staff. He is a wonderful young man, exceptional in his profession. More importantly, he demonstrates an extraordinary ability to be empathetic while building trust and conveying significant knowledge of his field. Thank you is not a big enough word to express how grateful I am that he was the caregiver assigned to my daughter. I truly believe it is largely because of him that my daughter is able to begin her recovery journey.
