I am here on a mental evaluation. I am scared and feel hopeless. This nurse has held me up with respect and care. She made me feel whole. She held my hand and did not leave me to suffer alone. I wanted to die, and she said I have a lot to care for, making me feel some hope. My life seems unhappy, and she keeps smiling, making me feel important. I feel safe and hopeful. I did not feel that when I came in. I trust her. She goes far beyond. She has been kind and smiled; I can not thank her enough. I am old and have very bad PTSD and don't trust anyone but I trust her. I believe she would die to protect me at all costs. She has gone far beyond being an RN or charge nurse, and she cares. She loves and cares about me, and I need that.
