It's really hard to narrow it down to just one situation when it comes to Jon being an exemplary RN to my son. He is so attentive to not only my son's needs, but to mine and my daughter’s. He always makes sure that we are getting rest, stepping away for a break, or getting fresh air, food, and water. He cares for not just the patient but their whole family. He has shown us from day one that he is here because he really wants to help people. We have been here on and off since October 2024. The days that he has not been assigned to our room, he has still jumped in and helped our nursing staff whenever they needed him. He talks so kindly and patiently with my son. He is amazing!
