I saw this beautiful lady first thing last night, and I knew I was in the right place. The light that surrounded her, which she glowed from kindness. You could feel she really cared about making you feel safe. Kerlange took control of everything. A woman in charge! Amazing how so much power could come from one small, lovely lady. She is a leader and knows her job well. Team player too, so happy I’m here. This is the type of person you need to welcome people to your hospital. I was happy to be admitted to your hospital because of her. I watched her help others set up everything. It was amazing that her personality made me feel so safe. Thank you for having such a wonderful person to help and admit patients. Such a beautiful woman, I will never ever forget her.
