Dejia was absolutely wonderful. We had to bring my five-year-old in for excessive vomiting, we were a couple of nervous wrecks. My son was dehydrated, emotional, and lethargic. She brought my son toys, popsicles, multiple different kinds of drinks- She even made sure my partner and I were taken care of, comfortable, and she explained everything to us gently and in ways we would understand.

My son needed an IV and bloodwork, and he had never gotten those things before. He was understandably nervous. She was wonderful with him, so gentle. She kept him (and us) calm. She consistently checked on us every 30ish minutes the entire 10+ hours we were there.

I have never had a better experience at Berkshire Medical Center, or in a healthcare setting in general. I cannot say enough good things about her. Her kindness, her compassion, her overall gentleness. She is one of a kind.
