Kat always makes sure that her patients have everything they need, as well as taking care of the family members. She takes the extra time for in-person talks and phone calls to make sure the patient and family know what the plan is.

She is always a huge patient advocate. Kat is also an amazing co-worker. She frequently checks on her co-workers, even on her super busy days, to make sure they are going ok and offer help. Kat has been a huge help in improving processes within the hospital to make sure the patients get the best care they can. She lets management know of any issues with charting or workflow issues. Kat is a phenomenal nurse and co-worker. We are so lucky to have her.
