I would like to nominate Nurse Sarah Lambright for the DAISY Award, as she consistently exemplifies the extraordinary compassion and skillful care that this award represents. A specific instance that stands out to me, demonstrating Sarah's exceptional dedication and expertise, occurred during a particularly demanding shift.

During this time, Sarah assisted multiple nurses with the setup, charting, and troubleshooting of four different CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) dialysis machines. While managing this technical responsibility, she was also providing care for three critically ill patients. This required a perfect balance of multitasking, patience, and precision, all while ensuring that the needs of her patients were met with the highest level of compassion and professionalism.

What stood out to me the most was how Sarah approached the situation with a calm demeanor, helping others navigate through complex challenges without hesitation.
