I would like to nominate Jerica for the DAISY Award for his/her outstanding service as our nurse. RN cared for my 16-year-old son, XXX, after he suffered multiple life-threatening injuries in a car accident. From the moment Jerica started working with him, she went above and beyond to ensure our son was not only comfortable but also actively engaged in his recovery. She worked tirelessly, always finding ways to help, whether it was attending to his medical needs or offering compassionate encouragement. Her attention to detail and work ethic made a huge impact on our son's recovery and pain management. What stood out most was her personal touch. Jerica made our son a custom bracelet with his new code name, which brought a much-needed smile to his face during such a difficult time. Her dedication, empathy, and creativity made an incredible difference for our son and our family. We will always be grateful for the extraordinary care she provided.
