Kelly was just wonderful with my mom after she had knee surgery. Kelly was kind, patient, and caring during my mom’s stay. She was very thorough with instructions on how to care for the wound and emphasized that she or another staff member is always available to answer any questions or concerns when at home. I just loved how much the whole staff (from the moment we walked through the door to the last person wheeling my mom out to the car) showed through their care, that my mom was important! I had a reverse shoulder replacement at OHOW. Kelly was my nurse for two days. She was the best! She was very thorough, caring, and on top of everything! She gave excellent aftercare instructions to me and my husband. She has a good sense of humor and made my stay as pleasant as it could be. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and excels at caregiving! She was great!
