Gracie offered them a ride in her car to the Pavilion.
As we were leaving, headed to the parking garage, we noticed a couple with a baby. They stopped someone coming in and asked if they spoke Spanish. They didn’t but, Gracie stepped up to offer help. The couple was lost. They had an eye appointment for their baby, who had Down syndrome, but were by the parking garage.

Gracie told them to get in their car and pointed to the building where they needed to be. They had been dropped off and said they had to walk. It was really cold that morning. Gracie offered them a ride in her car to the Pavilion. She not only gave them a ride but got out to ensure that they were in the right place.

There wasn’t anyone who could help translate so Gracie stayed with the couple to help them get checked in for their office visit. We were on our way home after a busy night. She could have just passed them because they didn’t even know she was there. However, she stepped up and went above and beyond to ensure they were taken care of.
