Bailey is a Team Player. When a patient was joking due to her family feeding her with her head flat and turning blue, Bailey responded to the room shortly after and took immediate action. She did not panic, hesitate, or question the situation but immediately jumped behind the patient, lifted in the bed, and began the Heimlich maneuver. She remained calm and worked with another nurse to quickly and accurately dislodge the food, and the patient came through without any further complications. You hear on the floor, "Not my patient," but not from Bailey. She has the willingness to learn and is committed to being the best nurse possible.
