I brought my child to the ED with a severe migraine, and she was shaking and vomiting so much. We had to go in the overflow area in the hallway. Nathan came over to us and was immediately kind & listened to our concerns. My child had never been in the ED & he made a point that we always knew what was going on & to explain everything in layman’s terms. He took his time putting in the IV & explained every step of the process. He even got it in on the first try! When she was given IV meds, he again explained what to expect. He followed up every 30 minutes to check on her, which is incredible considering how busy the ED was. He went above & beyond with how he cared for us. I am glad you have people like Nathan working in the ED. He made our emergency feel less horrible, wondering what would happen & made us feel both at ease. Thank you for hiring Nathan. We will continue to come back to Fremont for our healthcare needs because of people like Nathan!
