Staff Nurse Gobusamang Prudence Ntlhane, who is a Pediatric Nurse, received 38 nominations from parents and family members of patients in her care, all of which described her as a dedicated, caring, and kind nurse to both her patients and their relatives.

One story stood out from a mother of a pediatric patient who was admitted. The mother wrote of her struggle to allay the anxiety of her child, who was also very restless and crying. Staff Nurse Gobusamang had come to her assistance and, in a kind and gentle manner, interacted with the child. Her friendliness in itself was calming, and soon the child was calm. "Staff Nurse Gobusamang, at that moment, took my child and began to dance with her, something I hadn't experienced before.  My child was suddenly calm and happy. Thank you, Nurse Gobu, for doing this. As a mother, this really touched me because even though she was busy in her duties, she embraced my child and showed love, attention, and affection."
