She's got a contagious personality that brightens the mood.
Sally is so very special and that is exactly how she made me feel as her patient. Very Special. The smile on her face and the tone of her voice were so comforting. From the very first time she came into my room, I had such a good feeling about her. She's very professional, polite, compassionate, and she truly and genuinely cares, and it's obvious. She's a great nurse. I came in with a collapsed lung and naturally was a bit scared. I was very scared.
I remember I woke up one night and she was beside my bed monitoring and helping my tube to drain. She was sitting on the floor with her flashlight, making sure all was well with me. She didn't have to take extra time out for me the way she did. When I woke up and saw her beside me, I knew I had no reason to be scared or worried. I knew I was in the best care I could receive with her as my nurse.
Sally went above and beyond in so many ways, she didn't just provide routine check-ups, she truly cared about my well-being. This lady truly cares about her patients, and I'm so thankful she was my nurse, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She simply lights up the room, she's a God-send in every way. Sally not only helped me get better but also touched my heart in a very special way, and I will never forget her. Thank the good Lord for such a wonderful nurse!

Where to begin. This woman is amazing. She goes above and beyond for her patients. In the last two weeks, I have spent 11 out of 14 days admitted due to having a c-section and a lot of complications with recovery. She was the first person to bring light into my recovery process. She has made the stay this time better. She keeps her patients informed and feel like they aren't alone. She's got a contagious personality that brightens the mood.
While I was having a hard moment, she had to break it to me that I would need another IV. I don't know why it sent me into a panic attack. She consoled me and left. Five minutes later she came back in a happy dance, excited to inform me that they won't be poking me again. The fact that she just knew how to bring me good news in the midst of all the breaks I haven't been able to catch, the littlest mattered most. She is definitely a rock star and changed my whole perspective on my experience at Freeman. She helped me to learn more about everything that's happened and helped me be able to get a good night's rest. She stayed with me when I just needed someone to talk to. Her soul is just all around genuine.
