Claire is an amazing nurse and team player! She works as our resource nurse often, which is a busy, demanding role, and she is always professional, compassionate, and helpful. On my floor, we sometimes admit up to 15 patients per day, and this is after discharging the same number. Our nurses are running every single shift, and Claire is always checking in a patient's room as soon as they arrive, and is prompt with her care and communication. She does not hesitate to help someone with a task, answer a call light, or bridge a patient when a patient doesn't have a nurse yet. She makes sure the little things are done, like putting charts together and emptying med boxes, and when there are big things happening, like rapids or a patient deteriorating, she is the first to lend a hand. No task is unimportant to Claire. Even when the role is tiresome, she always has a smile on her face, and prioritizes our coworkers' wellbeing and patient safety over herself. We are so lucky to have her on our floor; we would truly struggle without her.​

She makes everyone's day easier because of the quick efficient help she provides. She is always present, going above and beyond for our staff and our patients. She is such an amazing resource nurse, and I have no doubt that there are other caregivers that would say over and over again that she made their day at work better.
