Recently, Hannah cared for two patients in one week who sadly passed away. Despite the emotional toll, she provided unwavering support to both families with grace, empathy, and kindness. She ensured that the families fully understood what was happening and even went the extra mile to secure an in-person translator for one of the families facing the impossible decision of end-of-life care for their baby. Hannah is always the one to advocate for the parents to hold their baby before the passing. She gives them these precious moments that they will remember forever. She does all of this with little to no complaint, focusing on her patients and their families' needs. She continues to be passionate in her work despite so much loss and heartbreak. I am truly inspired by her.
